Assystem brings considerable experience to bear with respect to project and risk management.
The principles of successful project management are not new and the basic tools and methodologies to facilitate project delivery are well known. However, Assystem has developed these methodologies in a way that is more appropriate for the delivery of the high-technology, engineering-intensive programmes with which Assystem is typically involved.
Any project management approach must be centred on the principle of defining the task, measuring performance and controlling actions. In particular Assystem has incorporated extensive risk management methodologies and protocols within its strategy for Engineering Outsourcing, which is designed to cover every aspect from the relationship through to individual projects or work packages.
