Through Lancashire West Partnership this £1m 20 month initiative funded by the North West Regional Development Agency is aimed at increasing the level of productivity in the Lancashire West sub region to at least the national average. For the Productivity Centre Assystem is providing the Programme Manager, expert consultancy and support staff. We are responsible for:

• Assistance with events, launch events and promotional events to raise awareness of the Productivity Centre.
• Developing and populating the Productivity Centre Website
• Analysis of productivity issues though Productivity Reviews carried out in companies;
• Action Plans and follow up support to the companies to meet their productivity improvement needs;
• Implementation of productivity improvement projects in the companies;
• Provision of training and awareness sessions;
• Information on existing support networks and agencies;
• Links to sources of data and support;

So far we have carried out more than 60 Productivity Reviews and are implementing productivity improvements in more than 40 organisations.
