Resource Recruitment

When a major OEM Customer wanted to outsource its complete contract engineering recruitment to a single supplier, but retain the flexibility of the use of any number of its existing suppliers, Assystem were able to offer a Managed Supplier Programme which suited the requirement.

12 existing suppliers were retained. Requirements to, and response from, those suppliers was managed by Assystem in a manner equitable to all involved. The Customer received a single invoice covering all the activities and the existing suppliers transacted their business directly with Assystem.

As testament to the methodologies employed, the Customer stated - "We particularly liked the way the transition was handled ………… neither a single subcontractor nor supplier capability were lost to us." "Assystem did not implement unnecessary or costly technology ……..but did apply robust and effective processes which utilised existing e-systems……..
