Aircraft Interior Design

Among our client list we include several of the major Aircraft Interior market suppliers, as well as OEM and Overhaul and Maintenance facilities, where we have been active in supplier solutions to interior designs. This activity is not limited to fixtures and fittings, such as galleys, but also to major structural modifications which allow the airline operator to offer something new to their customer.

The programmes we have been involved in range from complete design engineering detailing packages, through retrofits and extensions to complexes, to solving shop floor problems and suggesting process improvements.

Starting with a top level GA, or even a conceptual drawing from the stylists, we will produce full sets of manufacturing drawings with full project management backup, liaison with insert vendors, electrical design, and full certification documentation support.

There is a healthy market for this service in corporate and bespoke aircraft as well as fleet airlines, where constant updating of image and brand are vital aspects of the operator's product.

We can use a variety of CAD formats to produce detailed drawings or models which can then be used to instigate FEA analysis. Stage drawings are produced for electrical work, structural assemblies, plumbing or decals, etc, as required. We also encourage the use of our staff to provide shop floor support during the build program, and provide the customer with full visibility of his programme at all times.
